Positive: Great communication from hosts. Asked for early check-in and they went over and above to facilitate this.
Negative: Caravan a little dated.

Great - bar the lack of towels
Positive: Great location, very scenic and the caravan was spacious, with wifi as an added bonus. Youtube video was very helpful on finding the caravan on site.
Negative: No bath or cleaning towels on site - as there was 4 guests, this made showering difficult. No mention on the website or check-in details that towels would be required.

Positive: Beautiful van , there was myself three kids and two chihuahuas. So much attention to detail eg poo bags, coffee pods . It’s so cosy. I couldn’t review staff as didn’t meet any. The only one fault I could find wasn’t anything to do with the caravan , it was the fact I couldn’t find where to put the rubbish and feel really bad leaving it bagged up outside
